Before making an Immunisation for Placement appointment please make sure that you have:
- Printed the Adelaide University Compliance Forms.
- Completed the TB online questionnaire and received the results (usually takes 2 weeks).
- Located and bring evidence of previous vaccination to your appointment including childhood records & travel vaccinations.
- Select the Student Health & Immunisation appointment type (please note that not all doctors provide this service).
