The pathway combines a short digital assessment with video or telephone consultations delivered through our supervised student physiotherapy clinics, along with education and self-management tools to support ongoing care.
Who this service may help
This service may be suitable for people with new or ongoing low back pain, including people waiting for other services, people facing cost or access barriers, and people who would prefer telehealth-based care. The service is intended for people who do not require urgent medical care.

Benefits of the service
This service is designed to improve access to community-based care, support earlier intervention, and help people manage low back pain from their own home. It offers a flexible option for people who may have difficulty attending in person.
